AROMA & FLAVOR


A yeast adventure results in this unique and full-bodied cider. Lingering sweetness from the apples brings out bold and spicy notes of clove and black pepper, with delicate hints of pineapple and ripe mango on the finish.

CIDERMAKER NOTES


We ferment this cider at high temperatures with a strain of Belgian-style abbey ale yeast. Fermentation was halted before completion and the cider was racked and allowed to settle for two months, resulting in a naturally sweet and unfiltered cider with a uniquely complex flavor.
