Notes of lemon and grapefruit zest that give way to a complex finish of bittersweet chocolate, baking spices, and tannic orchard fruit.

Fermented on the farm with a blend of Finnriver organically grown Perry pears: Yellow Huffcap, Hendre Huffcap, and Romanian perry pears


CIDERMAKER NOTES

This unique barrel-aged 'keeved' Perry was fermented with a blend of organically grown Finnriver Yellow Huffcap, Hendre Huffcap, and Romanian Perry pears. Keeving is an artisan method for making naturally sweetened cider/perry by preserving residual sugars. This Perry was also aged in American oak whiskey barrels.
