AROMA & FLAVOR : Semi-dry, fruity and bright. Tastes of apple blossom and citrus with pleasant notes of blueberry and a delicate, fruity finish.


APPLE VARIETIES: Crisp, organic Washington apples* meet sweet, organic blueberries, which give this sparkling cider a lovely purple hue. *A blend of organic Granny Smith, Pink Lady, and Golden Russet.


CIDERMAKER NOTES: Inspired by the light and bubbly sparkling rosé wines that are enjoyed during the spring and summer months. Bloom's light effervescence tantalizes the taste buds while aromas of fresh berries remind you of seasonal bounty. Fermented from a select blend of high acid apples, Bloom's acidity is softened through an infusion of organic blueberries.


SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pair with spring rolls and peanut sauce or a wedge salad with chunky blue cheese dressing.
