Clarity & Color: Light straw.  

Aroma: Pleasantly resinous on the nose with notes of citrus, green apple,  and sweet alfalfa.

Flavor: Bright and tart with a delicate hop bitterness, notes of grapefruit and just a hint of tart plums.

Apple Varieties: A blend of organic Golden Russet, Granny Smith, and Pink Lady apples.

Cidermaker Notes:  Made with a blend of Certified Organic and Salmon Safe Cascade and Comet hops freshly harvested from right here on the farm. We used a blend of high acid apples for the cider to highlight the crisp, citrusy notes of the hops. The cider was aged briefly on yellow plum skins before adding the fresh picked hops.
