CIDERMAKER NOTES:

To showcase bounty of the Olympic Peninsula, where we farm and ferment, we begin with a base of locally sourced and wild-harvested apples and pears, brought to us by our friends and neighbors. This base is then co-fermented wild-harvested and with locally grown berries, including black elderberries, salal berries, aronia berries, chokecherries, huckleberries, and blackberries. Such a bright blend cultivates mouth-watering complexities that showcase the abundance offered by fruits of the forest.
