Black, Gravenstein, and Liberty apples


Cidermaker Notes: For this special release cider we co-fermented almost one thousand pounds of local wild foraged Shiro plums with a select blend of organic apples. This cider was slowly fermented in cold conditions, with the intention to preserve the delicate aromas of the plums. Then, it was carefully racked and cold crashed to maintain a crisp natural sweetness with no added sugars.

Alcohol Percentage: 6.6 %
