CIDERMAKER NOTES: This cider celebrates a fusion of fruits nurtured by the elements of rain, soil and sun. Crafted from a blend of locally harvested Gravenstein apples and wild foraged Italian plums, this bright red cider leads with plum blossoms and cherry aromas. The wild plums were crushed by hand and fermented in the tank, skins, pits and all. The end result is a tart, fruit forward cider with a delicate natural sweetness and flavors of dark plums and crisp green apple. 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled.
